Before any consultation I offer a  FREE – DISCOVERY telephone conversation – not sure if I could help or just want to know a little bit more about herbal medicine?

At this time we can work out what the best option for your treatment will be:

Pay as you go: 

Cost of Initial consultation -1.5 hours – £70
Follow up – £45
Tinctures – £9 per week
Dried herbs – £5 per week
Creams/lotions/balms – £10 per 30g

Cost for children under 16
Initial consultation – £45
Follow up – £35.

If you would like to invest in your health and wellbeing why not try one of my personalised package plans. These plans are designed to support patients with chronic conditions who need a little more than a simple tincture.

Included in these individualised packages are:

WEEK 1: Initial consultation – 1.5 hrs

WEEK 2: Exploring your food choices and goal setting – 1 hr.

You may have filled in a food diary for us to go through together.

WEEK 4: Education session……Progress discussion with personalised learning – this will depend on your interests/ areas for improvement, but some examples may be:

  • food choices.
  • recipes.
  • stress management.
  • sleep hygiene.
  • movement choices.
  • home visit to help with cupboard staples and meal planning.
  • Learn how to food shop – affordably and understand nutrition labels.
  • how to increase plant-based foods and cooking with beans and pulses.

WEEK 6: What has worked and what you need a little more input with – 30 mins. **

WEEK 10: Lifestyle discussion and goal management. How to maintain wellness going forward. – 30 mins. **

Total cost of £650 – for 6 hrs of 1 to 1 time plus email/message support and all herbal medicine.

(to add the Nutrigenomics package this will cost total £850.)

OR

If you would like to book a standalone Nutritional assessment with DNA testing through Nutrigenomix this will cost £270 which will include the DNA test followed by a consultation with interpretation of results and actionable goals.  You will be required to fill in a diet diary or use a nutrition App.
