Nut Butter Dressing

Nut Butter Dressing
Nut butter dressings are versatile, flavourful sauces that can elevate a wide variety of dishes. Made from ingredients like peanut, almond, or cashew butter, these dressings add a rich, creamy texture and a boost of plant-based protein and healthy fats. They are commonly used in salads, where they lend depth and a satisfying mouthfeel, but they also make excellent sauces for grain bowls, roasted vegetables, noodles, and grilled meats. Nut butter dressings can be sweet, savory, or spicy depending on the seasonings used—such as soy sauce, honey, lime juice, or chili flakes—making them adaptable to cuisines from Asian to Mediterranean. Additionally, they offer a nutritious alternative to heavier cream-based / mayonnaise dressings while enhancing the overall flavour and nutritional profile of a meal.
