Grilled Asparagus and Red Pepper

Grilled Asparagus & Red Pepper Wraps
Vegetables such as asparagus and red pepper contribute smaller but meaningful amounts of vitamin E along with fiber, vitamins, and minerals. Additionally, avocado is not only a good source of healthy monounsaturated fats but also supplies vitamin E, making it an excellent base for nutrient-dense meals. Topping avocado with a zhoug dressing—a blend of cilantro, herbs, olive oil, and spices—further boosts vitamin E intake, enhances antioxidant content, and adds vibrant flavour, creating a delicious and healthful way to incorporate this essential nutrient into your diet.
